Rihanna's Father & Jay-Z Speak Out!

People magazine caught up with Rihanna’s dad and Jay Z. Here’s what Rihanna’s dad had to say:

[When I learned about the incident] I didn't believe it. I know my daughter … But [Chris] … you think you know somebody, but you really don't."

“At some point, she will speak out. I hope she will stand up for women all over the world."

Here’s what Jay Z had to say:

"This is a real situation. You have to have compassion for others. Just imagine it being your sister or mom and then think about how we should talk about that.

"I just think we should all support her. She's going through a tough time. You have to realize she's a young girl, as well. She's very young.”

And when Jay Z was asked whether he’s seen her since the incident, Jay responded, “I Can’t go into that.”

T.I. Calls On Will Smith For Help!

RAPPER T.I. (above), who’s about to go to prison for a year after pleading guilty to federal weapons-possession charges, is leaning on the shoulder of his good friend, squeaky clean Will Smith….… During filming of his new MTV series, “T.I.’s Road to Redemption: 45 Days To Go,” T.I. tried to change his ways and continually called Smith off-camera for advice on “how he could better inspire and motivate the kids he was mentoring,” a spy said. In the new docu-series, T.I. takes seven at-risk kids and tries to lead them to make better choices by placing them in certain situations that might make them want to change their “hustling” ways.

Ridiculous! Kid Cudi Fighting Over Jordans?

Are you serious? What is this world coming to?

Cleveland rapper Kid Cudi was reportedly involved in a fight while attending an NBA All-Star Weekend party in Phoenix this weekend.

While details are sketchy, the rapper is said to have gotten into a verbal altercation with Reebok employees at the shoe company’s All-Star celebration, which then escalated into a physical fight.

Sources say the argument was sparked when Cudi refused to wear Reebok shoes on stage, and instead worn Jordans.

Police were called, and the incident ended with Kid Cudi being tasered when authorities couldn’t control him, and then arrested.

Kid Cudi’s camp was unavailable for comment at press time.
